A middle-aged woman alleged to be a kidnapper under the false-pretense of being a mad-woman was nabbed by some youths around 11am yesterday.Mob gathered around her
after she has been stripped naked.
The event which occurred at Yusuf bus-stop, Agbado Ijaye, Lagos paraded a large crowd beating and brutalizing the alleged.
One of the youths reported that the woman had always been patrolling the neighborhood pretending she is mentally derailed until nemesis caught up with her. She called on a kid and handed him N200 to buy something for her along the road. The woman immediately stood up to trail the child behind. Having observed the next move, he called on other youths and they pounced on her.
Recently, in the same area, a headless body of young boy was found dumped in the bush. Another case of woman who her child disappeared after going to the backyard to urinate was mentioned too.
Such series of occurrences has led to drastic action taken by the youths of the community.

Upon interrogation, she made mention that they operate from Dalemo, Alakuko. However, the mob couldn’t hold on to her for long as the police came to her rescue.
