New Baby Abandoned in Front of A Church in Lagos

A new baby believe to be about three days old was found abandoned in front of a church, The Apostolic Church, Nigeria, at Water Bus Stop, Gowon Estate Assembly, Lagos, around 7am on
Sunday. The baby was wrapped in a white shawl with a pack of his medication placed by his side.

 Some residents took the baby to Gowon Estate police station to report the incident. The baby is healthy and alive. I wonder what could have pushed the baby’s mother to do this.
