Indian Hemp Dealer Seun Makinde Arrested In Shagari Estate Iyana Ipaja Lagos. Police yesterday arrested 27-year-old Seun Makinde a resident of #2 Yinusa Street in Ado Odo area of Ogun

The self-proclaimed Indian Hemp Distributor was caught by a team of police officials led by Inspector Ameh David in Shagari Estate following a tip off.

The suspect driving a Mazda 323 car with registration # FST 555BM was caught with 7 bags of Indian hemp at the time of his arrest.
